Who doesn't love fudge brownies? These simple keto brownies are the perfect rich chocolatey dessert to curb all of your cravings. This recipe calls for macadamia nuts, but you can try adding in whatever keto-friendly nuts you'd like (like almonds, cashews, peanuts, etc.)

Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
Sift the almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into a small bowl, then add the macadamia nuts.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, then stir in the butter.
Whisk together the erythritol and eggs until homogenous.
Fold the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Then fold in the egg mixture and stir until a homogenous batter forms.
Pour the keto brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 13 to 16 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes.
Cut the keto brownies into 16 squares and enjoy. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
