Ingredients
 1 whole cucumber
 4 tbsp cream cheese
 8 slices smoked salmon
 salt
 optional: fresh dill
 optional: everything but the bagel seasoning

Slice the cucumber into around 8 slices (the number of slices will depend on how large your cucumber is, make sure that they are thick enough to act as a base to the cream cheese and smoked salmon).

Pat the slices dry and sprinkle a little bit of salt onto each one.

Add 1/2 tbsp of cream cheese to each cucumber slice.

Add a slice of smoked salmon to each cucumber and cream cheese slice.

Optional: top with fresh dill and/or Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
