Smoked Salmon with Avocado and Cucumbers

Crisp cucumber slices play the role of crackers in these smoked salmon bites with avocado, while capers on top add a salty tang. Try these as a keto appetizer, snack, side dish, or light meal—no cooking required.

 ½ cucumber
 ½ avocado(mashed)
 6 oz smoked salmon
 1 tsp capers
  tsp sea salt

Slice cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork.
