Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, coconut flour, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl.
Mix in the cream cheese and microwave on high for 1 minute.
Stir mixture and microwave again on high for 30 seconds.
Mix in the eggs and knead until well combined.
Divide the dough in four equal pieces.
Roll out each dough ball into rolls about 15" long.
Twist the dough into a pretzel shape.
Bake for 12 minutes and then broil for another 3 minutes.
Brush melted butter onto the pretzels and then sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia.
