Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix the chopped frozen spinach, feta, cream cheese, garlic and half of the salt in a medium sized bowl.

In an oven safe dish, season chicken with remaining salt, pepper, onion powder, and chili powder and place back side of the breast facing up.

Separate the spinach and cheese mixture into three parts.

Put each portion on to the center of the chicken breasts.

Roll the breast and place the seam side down.

Place the pan into the oven, and bake for 30 minutes.

If your chicken breasts are thick, cook for 2 to 5 minutes longer, or until juices run clear when you poke the chicken with a fork.
