In a medium saucepan, combine the chicken broth and spinach.
Bring to a boil and cook until spinach is tender.
Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before thoroughly mixing in a blender.
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in the coconut flour and cook for 3 minutes.
Gradually add in the coconut milk and seasonings, stirring constantly until thickened.
Mix in spinach mixture and serve hot.
