Sheet pan dinners are your "set it and forget it" go-to for quick and easy meals that are prepared all on one baking sheet. Steak and Parmesan roasted broccoli are a satiating combination of protein, fat, and fiber, and the best part is, no mess in the kitchen with several pots and pans!
Preheat the oven to broil.
Arrange the steaks and broccoli florets onto a baking sheet. Coat in oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the lemon slices over top. Broil for about 12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping the steaks and broccoli halfway.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle parmesan over the broccoli. Broil until the cheese is melted and the broccoli is golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes. Slice the steak and divide onto plates with the parmesan broccoli. Enjoy!
