Shark Tank Keto Diet Pills: How to Spot a Scam

Back in July, we created a YouTube video titled, Biggest Keto SCAM Ever! (SHARK TANK KETO SCANDAL) and we were absolutely astounded by the response.

At the time of recording our second part to this video, we had over 300 comments from individuals who had either almost been scammed by this company, or who had unfortunately not seen our video before purchasing these pills and lost hundreds of dollars.

What Is this Shark Tank Keto Scam?

If you are on social media, chances are you have seen advertisements for the groundbreaking Shark Tank Keto Diet Pills or the amazing weight loss pills Sarah from Stanford created to melt the fat right off your body. If this sounds too good to be true, it’s because it is…So, what diet pills were on Shark Tank? The truth is that these pills were never on Shark Tank (or Dragon’s Den for those of you who live overseas) nor did Melissa McCarthy, Kevin Smith, or Chrissy Teigen lose weight taking them.

These s0-called Shark Tank weight loss pills are a cheap, 800 mg BHB pill that will have no effect on your body. People are falling for the celebrity weight loss photos and claims of quick fat loss, buying the cheap free trial, and having their credit cards charged hundreds of dollars. And the worst part? Most people aren’t even receiving the product. Contacting customer service is impossible and the only way to get them to stop billing your card is to flat out cancel it.

Why are People Falling for This?

With incredible before and after photos of celebrities like Kim K and Meghan Markle, 5-star reviews on Amazon, articles from reputable news sites like Us Weekly and Fox, and even airtime on TV shows like Shark Tank all endorsing this product, it seems like both an effective and legitimate product. That would be the case if any of their “evidence” was true. The websites and reviews are faked, the photos are stolen, and the claims are simply lies.

This company has even gone as far as to either endorse or create a fake supplement review website. We were contacted by ketogenicsupplementreviews.com in regards to taking a look at their educational keto content. After going through their website, nothing seemed out of the ordinary for a review site. After all, they have around 100 product reviews, breakdowns, and educational articles and they all seemed moderately scientific. It seemed legitimate until we read their page on the PureFit Keto pills, which are the same Shark Tank keto scam pills).

This review was extremely biased and completely untrue. The author said, “When I tried it, I saw an improvement in less than one week. Ketone markers were up 14.4% above my non-supplemental baseline”. There are several things wrong with this statement:

  • 800mg of BHB is not enough to cause an increase in ketone levels
  • A 14.4% increase of a 0.1-0.2 mmol baseline would only increase from 0.1 to 0.11.

They also try to cover up the rumors of this company stealing money from customers by saying, “We also want to address an issue that has been reported online where some customers were automatically rebilled after their first order. From what we can tell, this was not a problem on the company’s side, as those customers had mistakenly chosen the subscription package available.” We have checked the keto diet pill sites and they don’t have any options for monthly or a one-time subscription. They are just billing people automatically and for a lot more than the advertised price.

This review then went as far as to try and delegitimize the claims that this product is a scam by saying, “It seems more than a little likely that in the mostly unregulated keto supplement market, the players from competing products are behind much of the scam talk.”

The author of this review then recommends purchasing the product and includes an affiliate link. Sites like this hide their deficit intends around legitimate, scientific information to try and build credibility around the product.

What Products Should You Look Out For?

When investigating these pills, we realized it was more than just one product being sold. Every time you click on their link, the pop-up page is for a new keto weight-loss pill, with a completely different name and packaging, but the same claims, results, and before and after photos. Here are just some names of the pills we have found so far from this Shark Tank keto scam:

  • PureFit Keto
  • Keto Rapid Max Pure
  • Keto Legend
  • Holistic Bliss Keto
  • Keto Supreme
  • Keto Max Burn
  • Keto RX
  • Envy Naturals Keto
  • Ultra Apex Keto
  • Maxwell Keto

How Do I Avoid Falling for Scams Like This?

Here are some quick tips for avoiding any keto diet pill scams:
  1. BHB is not efficacious under a minimum of 3 grams. You cannot fit this quantity in a pill form, so try to avoid pill forms of BHB.
  2. If a product claims to have dramatic results, make sure these results are cited. If there are no studies to prove its effects, it probably doesn’t really have any.
  3. Do your research on reputable sites. Use PubMed or Google Scholar to find published papers on ingredients. Find out what dose you need for the product to be effective.
  4. Reach out to trusted resources. You can always DM ketogenic.com on Instagram or Dr. Ryan Lowery on Instagram and ask for advice.
  5. Spread the word! Just because you will not fall for this scam, it doesn’t mean that someone you know or love will not. Let’s get the word out there that this product is a scam and save as many people as possible from the headache and loss of hundreds of dollars.

At ketogenic.com, we are committed to supporting, inspiring, and educating people on the benefits of living a ketogenic lifestyle. Discussion

  1. Big scam. Stay away. Take money no customer service number and NO response to email. Took money and ran

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Wayne. Unfortunately, yes, it is a huge scam. We are sorry to hear that you were taken advantage of by this scam.

    2. Nani says:

OMG. I can’t stop them from taking money from my account I’m at 154.99!!! They just took another 10.

    3. Trudy Lowe says:

Nani, I so understand. Same happened to me!! The sad thing is these charges change names and where they are from. The $154.99 and $34.99 shows on transaction at my bank as Ocala, Fl. Another charge CHS*BuyKetoFi came from Los Angels, Ca for $1.99, another recent for $9.99 from CHS*NewHealth, Los Angels, Ca. Contact Consumer Finance Protection.

    4. Alice Smith says:

I am having the same issue, charge my account with no product. Trying to get someone on the phone is almost impossible. I was put on hold and they never came back on the phone. STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING!!!!

    5. Stacy wade says:

Their website crashed and charged me for everything, even all the extras that don’t even know what they are. I got a hold of customer service 2 minutes after a confirmation email and they said I can give you 35% refund! I went ballistic! Got full refund for keto pills but not for extras, on hold with my bank disputing charge now. I realized after I put my cc info in that there was no total on webpage so I hit back button to look again and that is when it froze and crashed and I got charged! Stay away!

    6. Reg says:

I was taken advantage of on this scam. When I did reach someone about the exorbitant charge to my credit card a very nasty woman explained that I did not cancel in 14 days. I wish I could find where to leaver the company a review.

    7. M Wells says:

I just ordered before I saw this video and comments. I would have NEVER paid $125 for pills. Where does it say after 60 days you get a refund? It read buy one bottle and get on free at $62 and change. No subtotal pops up just transaction complete. Then my credit card says $125! I immediately call customer service and the bs was the second bottle is free but a discount! No one has this amount of $ in these days and times and a false advertisement!

    8. Carol says:

where do I cancel keto slim 7, called can’t get through to support to cancel anyone know how to cancel this product.

      Carol

    9. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Carol. It is not possible to cancel this product. We would recommend canceling your card to prevent further charges.

    10. Larry says:

I just went through the exact same experience. I ordered the 2 bottles get one free and they charged me $149. I have the invoice that shows only that amount. When it arrived, there was an extra bottle (Keto Clense) that i didnt order. On my June visa bill, there were two additional charges that didnt show up on the invoice, another charge two weeks later, and a third charge on my July statement (all charges using a slightly different company name). I contacted customer service and went through two rounds of battles where in both cases, they hung up on me. As a last ditch effort I contacted the bank who my credit card is through and they are reversing the charges and issuing me a new credit card. Wow, lesson learned.

    11. Sandie says:

I also have lost $470 they took from my account :((
This is terrible especially when we can’t really afford it but want to do our best to lose weight.
      Sandie

    12. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Sandie. We are so sorry to hear that this happened to you. We would recommend trying to report the charges as fraudulent to your bank or credit card to try and get some of the money back. Please know that you don’t need to buy pills to lose weight. Simple changes to your diet and moving more are all you need to lose weight. If you have any questions or need help with what to do, feel free to email me at contact@ketogenic.com.

    13. Barb says:

Yes I was also scammed when I signed up to receive KETO and was charged a total of 190.00 for additional bottles and a booster that I didn’t order. I called the company the same day and left 2 messages in addition to sending several emails and have not gotten a response back. I am working with my bank regarding the charges and will have to cancel my debit card .

    14. Barbara S McConnell says:

Has anyone heard of a product called “Flawless Keto”? My husband responded to a website claiming Shark Tank as a backer. After he authorized a charge for “shipping”, he clicked on a review page where the terms & conditions appeared, which he read in it’s entirety. Turns out after the 14 day trial the product was put on auto renewal and auto pay to the tune of nearly $100/month. Seeing that, he contacted their “customer service” number, telling them to completely Cancel the order. After literally a screaming session with them, he got them to do a “one time” cancellation of the order (including the “free trial”. Luckily, the card that he put the order on was a pre-paid debit card with a balance of less than $30, so they cannot get anymore money from that payment source.

Beware of these scams. They are with foreign agents who are outside US jurisdiction, leaving you with little recourse for fraudulent charges.

    15. I’d like to report that I was just hung up on by your customer service! I ordered your products on June 3, at the same time they took $235, out of my account! It’s been 10 days and no product or response to my emails!

    16. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Amy. We do not sell keto pills. This article is about this scam that it sounds like you have been involved in. Please check out the full article for more information 🙂

    17. nancy says:

I too ordered the $39.95 special and did not read the fine print,14 day review of trial bottles sent . unfortunately I didnt check my bstatement last month only to find today they have managed to charge me in 5 installments, total of $580.41!!! Called 833-939-1935, 833-647-4559, to cancel immediately! of course I tried to get a refund and got run around. So here I sit looking at 5 bottles of CRAP. two bottles labeled HEALTHY RAPID DIET, NORCROSS,CA AND ADVANCED FORMULAR KETO DAVANCED WEIGHT LOS, I have no idea where it is ‘made’. my charges were labeled from MAUVE KETO. or AILURUSKETO.COM 833-647-4559 UT 01 Y.

    18. Kimberly Proehl says:

My husband order off of shark tanks site. He order 5 bottles of keto and what i received in the mail was called athlete pharm keto. Now, my question is how were we scam off of the sharks tanks site? Or is that their product also?

    19. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, kimberly. Unfortunately, you were a victim of this scam. Shark Tank doesn’t sell products on their website nor have these pills ever been on Shark Tank (in fact, no diet pill ever has). The site that you saw used fake imagery to make it appear to be the Shark Tanks website but it was not. This is a scam.

    20. Tanya says:

This company is a scam. They charged my account without my permission multiple times. I finally got someone on the phone and all he kept saying was the account was canceled now and I would not be charged again. I went off and reminded him that they record these calls and I clearly stated in my 1st call minutes after my initial order that I wanted to cancel EVERYTHING! They claimed they did and then I got charged again. I made a 2nd call and went off again about my 1st call to cancel. Today he claimed something about terms and conditions and not canceling in time. I told him I canceled 5 minutes after I made my order and if that doesn’t count as canceling within a time frame, I don’t know what does. When I asked for a supervisor, he suddenly became the supervisor. When I asked for someone higher up than him, he thanked me for calling, said the account was canceled so they couldn’t issue a refund and hung up. I will keep calling back until I get my money back. Thieves!!

  2. Luria Johnson says:

THIS IS A SCAM!! A SCAM!!!! A SCAM!!!! THE WHOLE THING. THE PRODUCT DOEN’T WORK!!! DO NOT!!! DO NOT!!! THEY WILL BILL YOUR ACCOUNT AS THEY WELL PLEASE AND WILL NOT SEND YOU A STATEMENT OR ANYTHING TO LET YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THE PRODUCT IS THAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR!!!!!! THE MONEY BACK GAURENTEE IS A JOKE!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi Luria, we completely agree! That is why we are trying to spread the message to as many people as possible! We hope you will continue to warn people so that together, maybe we can prevent more people from falling for this scam.

    2. Bob says:

Hi Amy, I have to loose 30 lbs. I did that “normal” to 20 lbs and the final 10 are the hard belly fat ones. Anyway after reading this I won’t buy this product. With that said this is the first time I have shopped for stuff like this and seen your name/article. For weight loss and cardiovascular health this is very important:
DO NOT CONSUME any food made with any level of density of HYDROGENATATED OIL. Each bite taken/chewed and swallowed takes your body 51 days to figure out what is was that you ate. Then it starts working on digesting that bite as it figures out the next bite. I’m not medical but some how your body can’t recall what it ate (hydrogenated oil) so the learning process starts with each swallowed bite, NOT serving size. This stuff shows up as clogging fat in your blood stream and this contributes to fat building up outside your bloodstream. Maybe you know and covered this. I don’t know. I finally got cleaned out a few years back. Now I have “ordinary” fat to get rid of! LOL!! That ‘final 10’ belly fat is tough!

    3. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Bob. We are glad to hear that you found this article before purchasing these pills and it prevented you from falling for this scam. Hydrogenated oils have been linked to cardiovascular disease and we are happy to hear that you are avoiding them.

  3. Connie says:

I’m so happy I read your report on this Keto product. I was logging on the Keto website to order their pills. I will pass this on to all my friends! Thank you! Looking for a different product that will help me loose weight without the jitters.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Connie! We are so happy we have been able to help you! We really want to caution you away from weight-loss products. There is no magic weight-loss pill or drink that will help you lose weight long-term. They might initially help you lose weight, but it will be water weight, not actual fat mass. Eating in a caloric deficit and increasing physical activity are the only proven ways to lose fat. I hope this helps and please let us know if you have any questions!

    2. Beverly says:

I also got scammed. Ordered and they pulled 200 out of my bank account then tried pulling another 80. Luckily my bank stopped the 80. I returned the product back to them they received it may 11 still no refund. You call the phone number and they are not taking phone calls due to social distancing ( ok makes no sense) emailed them several times and nothing

    3. Donna says:

      Hi Amy,
Too bad I did not see this before I ordered the product. They will not answer my emails or calls since they took the money from my account. Am getting ready to call my bank to make sure these people can’t get into it again. The guys name or whatever it is, is Daniel – Johnson. Came up a foreign ATM Activity Fee. It’s thru The Smart Health Co.??? # 877-581-3749 CAN. I thought since it was on Shark Tank it would be safe. WRONG! I’m going to keep trying.

    4. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Donna. Thank you for sharing your story. We completely understand your anger and frustration but we are happy you are continuing to work to get your money back. We would recommend contacting your bank and reporting the charges as fraudulent. To be clear, these pills were NEVER on Shark Tank. This keto pill scam company is illegally using the Shark Tank logo and stolen (and photoshopped) photos.

    5. Bonnie says:

Ya I got scammed for $527.26 & no product for the money & I can’t even get my bank to reverse the charges on my debt visa just when I thought wow I’m going to get thin they take me down & now have to trust on buying anything online

  4. dave says:

i fell for the scam and at 33 dollars a bottle i was charged 188 for the 2 get 1 free what i got was 1 bottle keto advanced weight loss 1 green coffee cleanse and 1 bottle garcinia the later two werent even mentioned i thought i was getting 3 bottles keto

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Dave! Thank you for sharing your story. What we have found is that this company has run this scam multiple times with different weight loss products. It is likely that they are just getting rid of leftover inventory or mixed up bottles from the other scams they are running.

  5. Stephanie says:

Thank you for the article. I was able to catch this scam in time. They charged me the shipping only (fortunately), so I lost $10.90 (that should have been $5.95) on Jan 30th. The product came in a fairly plain bottle (Keto Kit). It arrived when they said it would, but the website gave me no choice to also get the colon cleanse. Both came in the same package, but they charged me 2 shipping rates. I just called my bank and canceled my credit card today Feb 7th, before they could charge it again. There was NO option for auto-ship or one time. I just went on the same Shark Tank scam site and went in and out of the site several times. Each time the product endorsed by this “Samantha” from Shark Tank changed. Names you should add to the list are Keto Kit, BioOneGen Keto Shred, Green Vibe Keto, Keto Infinite Accel, Slim X Genie Keto, Forskolin Green Vibe and Flash Keto. These different “product” names came up within a time frame of ONLY 8 MINUTES! I screen shot all of them. The webpage, news-ontime.com, stays the same with the fake Shark Tank pictures shown above. When I tried it on my computer it blocked the site, however on my phone it doesn’t. So scary. These scammers MUST be stopped!

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Stephanie. We are happy to hear you were able to cancel it in time! It’s crazy how this scam is operating. We agree that they need to be stopped and we are happy to have people like you spreading the message to as many people as possible.

    2. Sue floyd says:

I did the free trial nowhere did it say I had to do anything else. They took 255 out of my account two weeks after I ordered the trial. I called the bank I also called customer service. They cancelled the order but now I have to wait for my money and my new bank card.

    3. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Sue. We are so sorry to hear that, that happened to you but, are happy to hear that you’ve already taken the appropriate steps to get your money back!

  6. Jennifer says:

I really wish I would have seen this before I fell for it. I am trying to desperately cancel my “trial” offer now. I only ordered it a few minutes ago. Already it is billed to my credit card.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Jennifer. We are so sorry to hear about that. Our goal is to help spread this message to as many people as possible to help prevent more people from falling for this scam. So, please feel free to share with your friends and family to help prevent more people from going through this ordeal!

    2. Angie says:

This just happened to me right now. I ordered buy 2 and get 1 free but I was charged for 3. I tried to immediately correct it but couldn’t and yes it is already pending on my credit card.

    3. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Angie. We would recommend contacting your credit card company and having this flagged as fraudulent.

    4. Jaye L James says:

Jennifer did you figure out how to cancel I ordered mine few days ago from cs@tryultrafitketo.com……

    5. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Jaye. All of the individuals we have spoken with have tried to cancel and been unable (either because they receive no response or are promised a cancellation that never actually happens). We recommend reporting this charge to your credit card company or bank as fraudulent.

    6. Amy Hayes says:

      Hi, Jaye. You’re welcome!

    7. Bonnie says:

As soon as I ordered I checked my credit card and saw the wrong amount Impossible to get through to 833.955.0079 the phone number listed. Sent a reply requested cancellation of order 20 minutes after the order was placed. Better Business Bureau should do something about this company.

    8. Joanne Limbaugh says:

Was there ever any keto product that came from Shark Tank?

    9. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Joanne. No, no keto pills were ever on Shark Tank.

  7. Hotdog says:

Biggest scam, stay away. They sent products nothing like those in the ad, products which you can get anywhere, promised monthly delivery of products and confirmation email, which doesn’t happen, charged double the advertised price, they return emails but never answer simple questions.
Clearly taking the quick cash and running

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Good morning, we’re sorry to hear about your encounter with this scam. Hopefully, more people will see this article and stories like yours and not fall for their trickery.

  8. Laurel says:

I wa scammed. I lost close to $200 ordering the supplements. When I called the number on my bank statement, it was disconnected – of course. In addition, I was told that I had chosen an up-sell, and my account had been charged $19.93 a month for the past 6 months – another $120.00. The foreign account representative told me that I had ordered this, and I hadn’t. Then she said the email confirming my order was probably in trash. Lesson learned. Even ads that look legitimate cannot be trusted.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi Laurel, we’re sorry to hear that you lose so much in this scam. There are no legitimate keto pills, so no matter how legitimate the ad, don’t trust the product!

  9. I was on Facebook and came across the Shark Tank ad touting Keto Fit. So I ordered a sample bottle. When it arrived the label said Ketogenic Valley. Then almost immediately I received another Bottle in the mail with a $91 charge to my credit card. I called them and told them That this was not what I ordered. I asked if they were associated with Keto Fit. She said no. I told them I wanted to return the product for a refund. She said that they don’t give refunds or accept returns. Is there any legal team out there that can handle cases like this?

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Paul. One of the best ways to take action is to report the fraud charges to your bank and then also report the company to the BBB.

  10. Kim Gladu says:

    Omgosh Amy,
Thank-You so much for this very informative article, I was just about to get the ‘free trial’ they were offering & your title happened to catch my eye!! I usually do much research before I purchase items like this but I like what I read from the site- duh me, well of course I liked it, they get you to like it lol. I only have 10lbs to lose & I don’t believe in diets, I believe in changing your eating habits & #1 REDUCING YOUR PORTION.SIZES, once about 20 yrs. ago I put on 30lbs (yeah kinda without realizing it as I was so busy working full time & carrying a full course load at Uni that I didn’t even see the weight jumping on my body (had to say that lol) So between exercise, not overdoing the sweet & fatty items, & reducing portion size in three months that 30lbs was gone & Thank God because even an extra 30lbs is a pain to carry around.
So Again Amy, a big Thank-You for your article.
    Sincerely,
    ~Kim

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Kim. We are so happy to hear that this article helped you! Unfortunately, so many people find our articles and videos after making the purchase so it’s great to hear we were able to prevent another person from falling for this scam and losing a lot of money. Best wishes to you on your health and wellness journey!

  11. SCAM Product Pro Keto RX after the initial payment for pills they will use your bank account details to fraudulently take money from same account. No contact details available to address fraud or complain. The pills do not work! Feb 2020.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Robert. We are so sorry to hear that you were a victim of this scam. Thank you for sharing your story and we hope it discourages other people from paying for these pills.

  12. hi
I keep getting this stuff in the mail and didnt order it. Does anyone know what it comes up as on your bank statement? Im trying to block it but cant get through to email or phone. I ahve 3 weird company names on bank statement and dont know which it is.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Melissa! From what I have read, the charges have been coming up as various different names. If you have a bank charge you do not recognize, you should definitely report it to your bank as fraudulent.

    2. Barbara B says:

I canceled my credit card. I am hoping that will work. Good luck! If you read the terms and conditions at the bottom (very bottom) in the ordering page you will realize that it will take a miracle to get your refund. Sorry for all of us. 🙁

  13. Kelly Kester says:

Man I wish I had seen this article earlier. I was suckered by Dr. Oz and Al Roker! Seemed legit to me if those two endorsed it. Customer Service is a joke. There are “no supervisors on the floor” and the CS Rep said the only way they can get to a supervisor is via chat. They also cannot make outgoing phone calls (I asked to have a supervisor call me back). The rep did offer me his “employee discount” of 35%! The whole time I’m talking to this guy I’m thinking – what kind of business doesn’t have supervisors available and can’t make outgoing phone calls?! Now I see…it’s not a real business. Beyond frustrated…thanks for letting me vent.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Kelly! Unfortunately, no celebrities have actually endorsed these products. They endorsed ads are entirely photoshopped (you can see similar ones from the Sharks from Shark Tank, Adele, J.Lo and more). We’re sorry to hear that you were taken advantage of by this scam. Make sure to report the charges as fraudulent with your bank!

  14. Ira Strick says:

I was scammed for 90 $,almost 180$ if I wasn’t persistent, the reps told me there’s a 17 day trial period, which includes shipping time,I ordered it on the 7th and received it on the 14,the,the rep also verified this.rep told told it takes 14 days to show any kind of results.on the 24th I was billed 180$!!!, I ordered both products.thats only 10 days of taking the product!!!!,told me if I called the day before would of been different.if it takes 14 days for results and only have product for 10 days……I called the rep Patrick first who told me,basically….oh well, and I was persistent enough after I called back…spoke to Mahogany…to get 50 percent back,I’m still out 90$…and I don’t feel any different…ACTUALLY IM NOT EVEN ON MY 14TH DAYOF TAKING IT!!!! The shark tank I’m sure made millions on doing business this way.90$ may be a joke to them but to the average consumer like myself it hurts, this experience I guess taught me a lesson.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Ira. We are so sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, this is a huge scam and to be clear, Shark Tank did not create or endorse this product. The scammers photoshopped ads and used the Shark Tank name but, these pills were NEVER on Shark Tank. It is sad to see their name getting tarnished by a terrible company. If you report these charges to your bank as fraudulent, you may be able to get a complete refund.

    2. Ira Strick says:

I actually recorded the conversations,is there anyway to trace it or somehow get my money back or just chalk it up to experience

    3. Joann Johnson says:

    4. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Joann! We are so happy to hear that we helped prevent someone from falling for this scam! Stories like yours are exactly why we have tried to put out multiple articles and videos on the topic! We hope that you will help spread the message and help prevent more people from falling for this scam as well!

    5. Ira Strick says:

Just want to apoligize.,actually I called them back and told them I was going to call the attorney generals office of Massachusetts, which I was if they didn’t refund me 100 percent, they said they were going to.I have emails confirming it,let’s see if they do,and again I apologise.

    6. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Ira. We would recommend closely monitoring your account to make sure this happens. Unfortunately, we have heard from hundreds of people who were promised refunds (email confirmations and all) and never actually received them. Best of luck to you!

  15. Ira Strick says:

all of this took place after I was billed the 180$ on my card

  16. Kimberly Morningstar says:

Thank you so much for posting this. I have started my Keto diet recently and was looking for a little extra help. I’m very leery of scams and usually research the heck out of everything before I buy. It is so sad that we look to the internet for advice and so-called “What is the best?” and what we get is shady reviews and people trying to scam everyone. Honesty is a rarity these days. I started looking into the Shark Tank keto pills and was appalled at how many different names I found for the same pill and all these I saw in less than 30 minutes of searching. I’m sure there are some I missed. Amazing how these celebrities only used just these pills, each under a different name, and how it was ultimately their only choice. Who needs to eat when you’re taking tons of pills each day?? Oh, but wait, they only actually took just one….right?? These people should be ashamed of themselves. And funny how they don’t show their ingredient list. At least not from what I can tell. Makes me think the show Shark Tank is a scam itself. I’ve never watched it though, probably never will now. I did start to fill out my information for some of these pills, but did not purchase and now I’m getting flooded with text messages and phone calls. BLOCK*BLOCK*BLOCK!!!

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Kimberly. Thank you for sharing your story. Just so you know, no celebrities have actually endorsed this product. It is all photoshop and many of them have come out to speak again their images being stolen to promote this product. Furthermore, the pills were never actually on Shark Tank. The company that created these pills just added Shark Tank to the name to make it seem more credible, but they were never in fact on the show. Hope this helps clarify some of the misunderstanding!

  17. Annie Simpson says:

I too have been caught up in this scam. I initially signed up for the free trial bottle for $19.95 and then later discovered they had charged me $296.00 and continued to charge me that again 3 weeks later. Response from the company was they couldn’t stop the next order as it had already been shipped. I immediately cancelled my card and reported them to the Fraud and Securities Dept with my bank. It’s absolutely disgusting! I cannot believe I fell for this. So upsetting!

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Annie. We are so sorry to hear you fell for this scam but we are happy that you quickly canceled your card and reported it!

  18. Rachel says:

I just saw one called “Electro Keto.” They used the same tactics and even used the same line about Shark Tank.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Rachel. Thank you for sharing another name of this product!

    2. Steve Davis says:

Man! I just ordered the electro keto, sure wish I would have seen this site before

    3. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Steve! Thank you for reaching out. We would recommend trying to cancel the card that you paid with to prevent extra, unnecessary charges!

  19. Mizutaki says:

Add BerryFruit to the list – appearing on FB with same claims

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Mizutaki. Thank you for sharing!

  20. Maureen says:

I fell for it then saw this 🙁 I ordered a $54 bottle and now I have two charges from Spark fit for $80 and $69.99. Beware!!!

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Maureen. Thank you for sharing your story and we are so sorry to hear that you were scammed by that company.

  21. Chyenne Greer says:

So what what be something good to take? other than keto.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Chyenne. You don’t need any supplements; supplements are meant to be supplemental. There is no magic pill that is going to help you lose weight. All you need to do is be in a caloric deficit.

  22. Michele schumacher says:

Sure wish I read this information before I placed an order. I attempted to cancel order as soon as I realized my card was being charged more than what they claimed I would be charged. Told me could not cancel order after I spent over an hour trying to get in contact with someone. Stay away…..don’t be a fool like I was.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Michele. We are so sorry to hear that you fell for this scam but are happy that you are helping to share your experience so that others won’t fall for the same thing.

  23. I fell for the scam. They have taken hundreds from me. The email they send are from an automated system and the customer service agents just bullshit around and hang up!!! Did anyone actually get their money back?? Do I need to go ahead and cancel my debit card?? Please help!

    1. Samantha says:

      Hi Brandy,
I’m sorry you went through this too, and that this post is so long. I was also fooled, and want to help by sharing.
I made different phone calls to my bank and to the Scammer.
The bank wouldn’t credit anything, saying it was for a subscription, and that I would have to talk to the company that charged my card.
The lady at the bank was the one that gave me the scammers phone number.
I didn’t agree to any subscription, or so I thought. It turns out that by using the site for payment with a credit or debit card, you are agreeing to their terms of service. Those terms of service that most people don’t bother to read, trap you in the fine print.
Like many other victims, I was told there was no supervisor, that you had to cancel the subscription by a certain number of days, that a second shipment was being sent, and the like.
I had at least 2 very lengthy, heated, calls with them. I recorded them, I told them I was recording them, and I made various threats of calling BBB and law enforcement.
I was able to get about 70% of the money back, and watched the bank statements, carefully to be certain.

  24. John says:

I received an email offering one free bottle of Keto_Trail. I am a fan of Shark Tank, so I figured if I searched Shark Tank with Keto I would find Shark Tank endorsing the product. The advertisement looked fake. The first hyperlink was this hyperlink. I am thankful I found you before ordering it.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, John. We are glad to hear that we were able to help prevent you from falling for this scam! Please help spread the word so more people don’t fall for it as well!

  25. Emma says:

Hey I was sadly another one that got scammed by theses people and my bank is aware of this but I want to return the parcel anyone know the address please

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Emma. This company has given out many addresses for returning packages, but from what we have gathered, they all seem to be fake. It makes sense that they wouldn’t provide a real address since they are scamming thousands of people. We wish you the best of luck and appreciate you sharing your story!

    2. Sharon says:

I too was scammed, however I did however get their mailing address : P.O. Box 90129 ,Lakeland, FL 33804. I returned the pkg, but no refund was forthcoming. Good luck!

  26. Emma says:

I was scammed by theses people and I wanna return th parcel ad my bank told me to anyone know the address

  27. Emma says:

Has anyone actually got there money back from theses people ?

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Emma. We have heard from countless people who say they were promised a refund but never received it. If you report the charge as fraudulent, there is a good chance your bank will refund the money. Best of luck to you and thank you for sharing your story!

    2. OMG I just ordered keto bhb spent $200.00…..did I get scammed….does shark tank even have a keto diet pill

    3. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Martha. We are so sorry to hear you got scammed by this company. No, Shark Tank has never had or endorsed a keto pill.

    4. I checked with the better business bureau and they had no complaints….I order Thur Regan health company ….so the keto diet pills I ordered….are they dangerous….are people getting sick from these pills….maybe I should call the news network and see if they can tell everyone about this Thur the news media….I checked and read and checked again until I ran into this website….but then I had already ordered the diet pills ….you would think that it would have showed up on the better business bureau……I will definitely report this to them and see if I can help stop this scam….

    5. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Martha. One big issue is the fact this company changes the name of its product constantly. I have found numerous BBB complaints, but it is for one specific pill name. I am sure eventually that name will get reported as well.

    6. Linda Scott says:

Join the discussion…Linda Scott. I was scammed. They offered me some weight loss pills for $13shipping free trial.. Then Aprill 29th they took $180.00 out of my debit account. I contacted them by e mail they nver replied. I called them at 8558108652 and talked to a man and he told me they had shipped another order which I did not agree to. He said when I received them to contact them. After about 2 weeks I had not received them so I called them back and I gave them my e mail and first 6 didgits and last four of my debit card. The lady said she could not fine my information. So I dropped my debit card and contacted the Better Business Bureau in St. Louis,Mo. He was very nice and said that he would forward the complaint to the office in Colorado, I hope more will file complaints too..

    7. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Linda. Thank you for sharing your story and we are happy to hear you are registering complaints so that maybe this company will truly get investigated for their scam.

  28. Robert says:

I just got off the phone with these jokers. I was told to bad cannot refund because I was over 30 days even though the website said a year. Product is worthless customer service even worse.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Robert. We are sorry to hear that you got scammed by this company. To be honest, we haven’t heard of a single person who was able to get their money back, even within the 30 days.

  29. James says:

Almost fell for this one. I do research the hell out of everything. Until I found and watched your video. Thanks. With that being said what is a brand to use that will work?

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, James. We are glad to hear that we were able to help prevent you from getting scammed! Unfortunately, there is no magic diet pill. There is absolutely no scientific research to back up that idea. Luckily, you don’t need pills to lose weight. Just focus on reducing caloric intake and moving more and you’ll start to lose weight!

  30. Art says:

The “Shark Tank Keto” got me. Unfortunately I did not find your site early enough. My CC alerted me to the fraudulent charge. I called these people about the fraudulent charges. There was nothing they could do about it. Then they offered to only charge 50%. They refused to provide me the name/ address and phone number for the entity. I called my credit card and #1 had them cancel and re-issue me a new card. #2 filed a claim and reversed the charges – still pending.
The one time free trial– yeah right
    Don’t fall for it..

one more downside — junk email. I have blocked 225 unwanted emails in the last two weeks, and they just keep coming. Now going to have to change email address.. These people are horrible..
    Art

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Art. We are so sorry to hear that you were scammed by this company. Thank you for sharing your story and continuing to share the message so that more people will not be scammed!

    2. Penny Eller says:

Hi this is Penny. They got me so far $186.92 and just noticed a $19.99 monthly charge! Shame on them!!! And I still have no product delivered to return. I have not seen an address posted in where to send this crap back if I ever get it.

    3. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Penny! We are so sorry to hear they have charged you so much. Unfortunately, even if you did receive the product, we have heard from hundreds of people who have tried to return the product and still never received a refund. We recently released a full article on steps to take to try and get your money back. We hope it helps and please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with!

  31. Betty P says:

I just tried ( before seeing this obviously) but i tried to use my visa debit, it would not accept it , it wanted an actual credit card instead.. so i thought to myself” huh that is strange. So i did NOT put any info in and decided yeah, this is fishy. Thank god! But thank you for this article!! Keep doing what you guys are doing!!👍

    Betty P

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Betty. We are happy to read that you were able to avoid this scam! We hope that you will continue to share your story with others so that together we can help prevent more people from falling for this scam!

  32. Charlotte Scott says:

Hello. I have been caught in this Keto scam how do I cancel everything.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Charlotte. We would recommend contacting your bank or credit card company, report the charges, and cancel the cards you used.

  33. Edson Aparecido says:

Every day i receive emails with great merchandise involving famous people talking about “KetoFit Pro” and I decided to buy one bottle US 59.94. Now every month they send me emails another bottle is coming and they are going to discount in my debt card. But how come if I ordered only one bottle! This situation is repeating in the last 03 months, I have tried many times to cancel but I couldn’t they only send me emails with the following address: orders@mail-sg-01.com – when I reply it return without reaching the sender! What is the solution? Maybe if I empty my debt card they stop it! Thank you very much!

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Edson. This scam company is going to continue to take money from your card. We would recommend canceling the card and reporting the charges to your bank.

    2. Linda Scott says:

Join the discussion…They got me too.I just had the bank hot card it.I got another debit card and filed a complaint with the BBB.

  34. Stephanie O'Brian says:

So, is there any shark tank Keto? I was just going to buy this. For this big a deal why hasn’t anyone sent out a warning ? I would think that the sharks would have debunked this. It tarnishes their show. Just curious why this is not front page news.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Stephanie. No, there are no Shark Tank Keto Pills. All of the sharks have posted numerous warnings on social media debunking this. Both Mark Cuban and Lori Greiner have been very vocal on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram about the fact Shark Tank has never endorsed a keto pill or even featured one on the show.

  35. Denise says:

I just ordered this product! I’m so upset I didn’t check it out first! If I refuse the product when it comes do you know if they will reimburse me? Any info is appreciated!

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Denise. Unfortunately, they are charging a lot of people without even sending a product so I don’t think denying the package will help any. We would recommend contacting your bank or credit card to dispute charges and cancel that card.

  36. Geoff melucci says:

I’m so upset I called after 2 weeks wondering where the product was and they said they didn’t know and they would send me out new product three weeks later I’m still waiting for the new product. then I discover I was set up for automatic reorder and I was fuming once again and went this entire thing canceled but I have to wait for the supervisors response. if I don’t get what I want I’m going to the state attorney general and then I’m going to a federal prosecutor.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Geoff. Thank you for sharing your experience. To be honest, even if you get the product, you should not take it. People have reported nausea, vomiting, heart palpitations, and even heart attacks after taking these pills. There is absolutely 0 regulation on these pills and they could contain literally anything. We would highly advise that if you do receive the product that you do not take it.

  37. Lisa says:

Wow!! I almost ordered the Keto Pills but I was looking for ingredients and I didn’t see any so I was looking on the web for another site to see if maybe it would show me and I came across your video and article!! We completely agree that everyone is beautiful just the way they are and health should be achieved naturally through choosing healthy food choices. Best of luck to you on your health journey!

  38. Donna says:

Thanks for the warning! Almost fell for it.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Donna. We are happy to hear that we were able to prevent you from falling for this scam!

  39. I got my monthly credit card statement for April and I was charged $58.75 by BAKITRUSTKETO. I do not take or need diet pills. Tried to call the phone # and it goes to busy. I am so annoyed that my credit card was used for something I never ordered.

  40. Just found out through my Credit Union that all I can do is get a new card and fill out a dispute form. Not a happy camper at this point.

  41. Ann says:

Wow, I fell for this scam 5 days ago! Bought the product as others, due to supposed to endorsement by shark tank. Bought the buy three get two free. Did not order the booster pills. Should have come to little over 100 but they billed me 189. Then saw this debunking. First time I have been scammed, and who can afford $189!!! So stupid of me. Thank you for posting this video maybe someone else won’t get scammed like myself. Cancelling my credit card right now.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Ann. Thank you for sharing your story with us. We’re sorry to hear you were scammed by this company but are happy to see that you promptly canceled your card.

  42. Charlotte barrow says:

Keto now pills are a joke I need to find out how to get ahold of someone I wasted two hundred dollars

  43. Frank Cerullo says:

my identity was stolen and used to order this shit! i too got beat for $199 and $80! stay clear of this scam!!

  44. Julia says:

I just purchased KetoFast. I took two pills this morning and now have seen your video. I am returning today for a refund. They are taking $12.95 for “restocking”. I looked at the ingredients. Very disappointed and not too happy I took even TWO this a.m. Julia/Oregon

  45. ronda alford says:

Me too add KETO BHB to the list. tried to cancel by email they wouldn’t respond nothing on the receipt saying customer service name for anything
bank said did you order this I Said yes but its a scam they said sorry and I got a new card so can’t happen again. So Ive learned an expensive lesson of $200.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Thanks for sharing your experience Ronda and helping us to update our list!

  46. Kathy says:

WOW – I have been trying to get this straightened out for the last 2 days – guess I was scammed – just reading all these reply’s $235.00 – an unknown charge of $34.98 and another one they finally told me was a membership charge. Trying to get my card cancelled to keep them from charging more Have not received the shipment yet – will try to return it! I cannot understand most of them and they like to not understand me as well. Another hard lesson learned! Will believe nothing else that even mentions the Shark Tank!!

    1. Mary Haynes says:

I was scam too for $224.74 which I did not allow I only bought the pills and they were $44 and something cents so you’re not alone I’ve been trying since April 2022 now it’s July They say that it’s been canceled and it’s in the billing department to send back my refund I’m never getting that refund never

  47. Amber Latimer says:

OMG! I just got hit with the most ridiculous charges!!! I cannot believe I fell for this! I am so upset. How are we supposed to cancel this if we cannot get a hold of anyone???

  48. Simon says:

Total rip off, cheap product that you can get from any pharmacist repackaged, still waiting for refund after 5 months DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

  49. Michelle says:

I just purchased but as I can’t log on to the account and can’t reach them via email as all email addresses are not found, I believe I fell for the scam. I didn’t pay much so don’t care as long as I don’t get ongoing charges. How do I know if they are ongoing? I don’t remember anything about ongoing when I did the purchase. How would I cancel?

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Michelle. You are likely going to have to cancel your card. That is one of the big issues with this scam. They are not telling people they plan to charge $199+, they are just doing it.

  50. Jennifer says:

I wish I had read more reviews. Same thing happened to me. I’m usually good about doing my research. I had 3 separate charges on my card. Almost totally $200. Called immediately they said they couldn’t cancel the order that I had to receive the product then return it for a refund. For product I didn’t even order. I placed my order June 4th, they said 3-5 day shipping. I still haven’t received anything. After reading this page, I just called my credit card to depute the charges. I tried to call today and the number no longer worked. 833-955-0079.
    Frustrating!!

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Jennifer. We are so sorry to hear that you fell for this scam. Hopefully, since you filed a dispute with your credit card company, you’ll be able to get your money back. Good luck and keep us posted!

  51. Cindy Beebe says:

Thank you so much for both your videos loaded with quality information. I almost ordered and then went to check it out and found and watched both videos. You saved me from making a really stupid decision. Thanks again!

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Cindy. We are so happy to hear that we helped prevent you from getting scammed!

  52. About 4 weeks ago I got a package with 2 bottles – Mango Cleanse and Keto Formation in the mail. I did not order these so I packaged them up and sent them back to the sender with a letter explaining I had not ordered nor did I want their product. Last night I got two emails thanking me for my order – 1 for mango cleanse and 1 for the Keto Formation. I responded to the emails saying I did NOT order these so do not send. This morning I see they charged my debit card $92 for each. I put a hold on my card but do not know if it stopped the charge. I cannot call my bank until tomorrow AM. I went back over my bank account and see they made these charges for several months back. I did not catch this because I received no products. They have basically charged my for almost $800 for products I did not get nor did I order. I live on social security so this is a huge charge into my living allowance. $92 for a bottle of pills??? I would never spend that money on something like this. Months ago I filled out the information for a free bottle and paid the postage but not for a continuing supply and certainly not for that amout of money.

  53. Manuela says:

I like this site so much, ssved to fav.

  54. Georgia Rodrigues says:

I want to cancel my order and cannot get in touch with anyone. I will have nothing in my account if the payment goes through. I wanted just one bottle but ended up with almost a $200.00 payment. This was last night and have been trying to find a representative since this morning. I really need help on this PLEASE!!!

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Georgia. We are so sorry to hear that this happened to you! We would recommend contacting your bank or credit card company, canceling the card, and reporting the charges as fraud.

  55. i ordered the keto fast was over billed 100 dollars i called my bank and cancelled my card and opened a dispute thru the bank a few days later i got the order and called keto fast got a rma number for return no refund yet just called keto fast to see where is my refund is they said i must cancel bank dispute i’m letting my bank handle it
    THIS IS A SCAM

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Timothy. We’re so sorry to hear that this happened to you. Hopefully, your bank will help get the money back to you!

  56. Maggie says:

I too was taken in by the Shark Tank Keto “SCAM”. It was supposed to be $39.00, ended by the charged my credit card $313.95. I spoke with my bank they said wait until the product comes, and then dispute it. Waiting anxiously for the fake product.

  57. Rumi says:

Yep, I fell for this scam as well. I saw an add on Oprah’s website and clicked the link, so it took me to their fraudulent site. Same experience: one charge for $154.94, another for $34.99 and a third for $1.99, and the products did not arrive for two full weeks! I emailed them within 8 hours of order placement and said I want to cancel the order. I received a reply 21 days later(!!!), after I returned the damn products. I contacted Citi by live chat the day after I paced the order and told them to not let through the pending charges, but happened to get Anna who did not understand English. She said she closed my account and ordered me a new card, but what she did was order an identical card. So she did more harm, since there were two more charges that popped up within two weeks. Then I found someone in his right mind from Citi fraud dept to cancel my card, however I just received a letter from Citi that they closed the dispute and reversed the conditional credit of $154.94 they gave me while investigating. So now I continue the dispute and will send them a letter in support of my claim that I am a victim of fraud by this “company”. Thank you for suggesting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I will contact them as well.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Rumi. We are so sorry to hear that you were a victim of this scam, but it sounds like you are doing your best to take the appropriate measures to get your money back. Thank you for sharing your story with us and others so maybe together we can help prevent more people from falling for this scam.

  58. Carole Giard says:

HI, I unfortunately got scammed by Advanced Keto. Wanted the free bottle trial and was charged $320.00 called them , e-mailed. Nothing can be done they won’t cancel order they say I agreed to purchase that is so wrong. Now I have to cancel my credit credit card and dispute the charges before I can cancel the card. I am not working , cancer patient in recovery with not much money I really did not need this. 🙁

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi Carole. We are so sorry to hear that you were a victim of this scam. We actually just released a full article on how to prevent further charges from being made and how to potentially get your money back. 59. Karen Boyle says:

I also fell for this scam I saw a shark tank ad for Keto Advanced Weight loss Buy 3 get 3 free for $39.97 each no where on this ad does it say you are paying $239. I looked at my credit card immediately after i placed the order and I was charged $313.47 Canadian. The charge was to CHS Complete Refresh 885-487-5660 UT. When I called them at 883-228-9767 I waited online for 20 min only to be hung up on and I called back waited another 20 min to final speak to agent 57. I told him I was canceling this order and he told me that they have a money back 90 day guarantee that I must try this product and then If I am not happy I can return for a restocking fee. I then sent a e-mail to support@totalclientconnect.com and the reply said that I was not going to get a refund that after 60 days I can have a 30-day window that I can reach back out to receive an RMA number/return that may qualify me for a refund for returning unused product. signed Management 833-228-9767 They gave me a customer #15554296 the address for this is 3960 Howard Hughes PKWY suite 500 Las Vegas Nevada 89169. I have contacted my credit card company and have filed a fraud charge now just waiting to here back

  60. Janice Daynes says:

Why is this company not being closed down…. they are obviously ripping people off fraudulently. Are there no laws in the US to get them shut down!

I’ve also been caught out by them, and it’s such a nightmare having to close my account and get a new one!

  61. Jim says:

Their terms of service are draconian and have thus far stood up against a credit card dispute (at least with my well-known cc company). Further, they refuse to issue a refund once a cc dispute is filed.

  62. Bruno Cyr says:

    Hi, All
My GF ordered that stuff too it’s a complete Scam they’ve tryed to take some more money on her card but we call the bank before thank god , My question is this: we live in Canada and with all the phone numbers and e-mail adress that they give to us without any answers ….is anybody down there in ours neightbor country who can call the cup FBI or i dont know to stop all this? i know that our RCMP is on it already anyways will see good lock guys

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Bruno. We are so sorry to hear that this happened to you. we would recommend contacting the Better Business Bureau and adding a complaint for the specific company you were charged by.

  63. Lauren Collins says:

I wish I would have researched more instead of believing what I read on the internet. I ordered the 3 bottles of Keto for $34.89. once I pushed proceed to check out another screen came up stating that people who purchased the pills also purchased the cleansing pills. I didn’t want to purchase anything else. The only way to get out of that screen was to push proceed to check out. I pushed the proceed to check out button a total of 3x. The last time the screen flashed thank you for your purchase and disappeared. Then I got an email form a company called Neatplate. apparently they got in on the scam. I sent them an email telling them what happened. They are telling me without an order number they cannot help me. I never got a freaking order number. All I got was scammed. I called my bank and they cant do anything until is no longer pending but actually posted. I am so mad right now.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Lauren. We are so sorry to hear that you were a victim of this scam. In order to try and get your money back, you will likely have to wait until the charges post and then dispute them as fraudulent. We recently published a full article on steps to take to try and get your money back. We hope this helps and please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

  64. Debra Biondolillo says:

I missed ordered the amount of this product and now am trying to get a refund. I have been emailing almost every day and still no response. I have returned the product as instructed with a trackable service provider (UPS) and followed all the directions and still have not obtained my refund. I sent the product back on 7/2/2020 and it was received on 07/07/2020 and at this writing, on 08/10/2020 I have still not received a refund. Any suggestions on how I can get my refund. It is very frustrating.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Debra. We are so sorry to hear that you were a victim of this scam, but it would appear that this company does not issue refunds. We have heard from hundreds of people who were promised refunds after sending back the product and never received them. After all, it is a scam and they aren’t concerned with customer satisfaction. If you are looking to get your money back, here is a full article on steps that can be taken. We hope it helps and please let us know if there is anything else we can do to be of assistance!

  65. Megan B says:

I did a one time purchase and they signed me up for their subscription so I have gotten charged twice now after my original order. Called and they told me I signed up for the subscription. I said why would I sign up for a subscription on a pill I have never taken before and don’t know if it will work! I am disputing the charges through my bank. Hopefully that will get the charges off of my credit card!

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Megan. Thank you for sharing your story to help others that may be going through the same problem as you! We are sorry to hear that you were a victim of this scam and wish you luck getting the charges taken off your card.

  66. Penny Eller says:

Hi, it’s Penny again. I canceled my debit card and opened a fraudulent claim at my credit union. I was told they would reimburse my account and they have pending the outcome of the investigation. Well, I have now received a cancellation notice and told no other charges will be deducted from Keto Fast but to call them if I wanted to start it again! I pray this is found to a be a fraud and I don’t have to deal with returning the product and that I receive no more! Keto Fast was not one of the products listed in your website. I hope this info helps others! Sincerely, Penny

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Penny. We are are so sorry to hear you have had to go through so much to try and get your money back from this scam. Thank you for sharing your story and we wish you the best of luck trying to get your money back!

  67. Julie says:

My husband told me he ordered Keto Bodytone. Got an email confirmation. Said he got six bottles for $39 (buy 3 get 3 free). I was suspicious and just checked the bank account. They charged $225. Guess I will call the bank tomorrow to dispute the charges. The email confirmation gives no company name. The website he went to is https://theketo-bodytone.com.
I can’t even get the web page to open. So angry. We cannot afford to have that much money taken. I just hope the bank will give the money back since it is a scam.
Just to be certain, you are saying that Shark Tank never had a Keto pill?

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Julie. Yes, there has never been a keto pill on Shark Tank before.

  68. sterling mcmanus says:

ya I fell for it too I can’t believe it feel very stupid no there is a new on my account so I have to go to the back

  69. stella asbury says:

1 pill 2 diet 3 excise. save money and do 2 and 3

  70. Tracy says:

Ok so I would like to know if keto Sun is one that rips people off? Because when I got it as a free trial and just pay shipping I read nothing about them charging you if you don’t cancel. Plus it said a one time payment when I checked out. And then yesterday $85.00 was taken out of my account from them and when I called they said it was because I didn’t cancel it and that there was another $118 pending for the garcinia I got with the keto. I told them I didn’t want it anymore and to stop payment on both because the $85.00 was still pending in my account and they said they could stop the $118 but not the $85.00. Which didn’t make any sense. I didn’t take any of the medication from them yet because I wanted to ask my doctor if it was ok to take with my order subscribed medications and I was looking at these bottles they sent me and I looked everywhere and cannot find an expiration date. Aren’t they all suppose to have one? My husband looked to and couldn’t find it either. So I’m afraid I was scammed too. Anyone have an opinion on this? Thanks.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Tracy. Yes, this is apart of the scam. We would advise against taking these pills because they are not at all regulated and likely have harmful ingredients in them.

  71. allan stewart says:

IS the shark tank also a scram for a C B D feel better ? I think it is .

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Allan. Shark Tank does not endorse medical products or pills.

  72. Belinda Hunt says:

I got scammed on 9th September, got onto them within minutes, response the next day said to late order has been issued. Offered discount after discount, I declined all, still yet to receive the products that I have to return once received. Have sent more than 20 emails. Has anyone else not received products after this period of time. They keep saying is out of there hands and in transit, I chase with them and they say the sender has to, I tell them this and they say I have to, ground hog day.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Belinda. We are so sorry to hear that you were a victim of this scam. We would recommend contacting your bank or credit card company to report the charges as fraudulent.

  73. I can not believe this scam, it reads free trail offer but you are looped in as soon as you clink to get some information. I will never use them again, there customer service is very rude

  74. I just got charged on my credit card $99.84 & $99.82 for the Keto Diet Pill and the Keto Detox. I called the number on my charge (888)404-1907 and talked to a person in Northeast Asia!!!! He was able to cancel my subscription ( I did not know I was on a subscription) and refund me $40 per bottle. I pushed for full refund and said I would mail back unused portion, he said he could not refund me completely because the product was opened ??? Of course!!! So I have a PO Box to mail the bottles back to and will ask for a bank refund… PO Box 11517 Tampa FL 33680…..good luck friends of the scam!!

  75. Andrea says:

Hate to admit it, but I got scammed for Natures Pure Keto. I had no idea I signed up for recurring shipments and received an additional product I didn’t know I ordered. Like one of the other respondents, the website mysteriously seemed to crash when I was “placing” the order for the trial. I didn’t know the transaction went through until I received the product. I’m on a mission to find a “corporate” number to call.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Andrea. We are so sorry to hear that you were a victim of this scam. We would recommend contacting your bank or credit card and reporting the charges, as well as canceling your card to prevent further charges from occurring.

  76. Linda E Snyder says:

I’ll have to go to my bank to stop the automatic charge to my credit card. I did send a letter, got no response, to tell them I no longer was interested. I only wanted the sample but never opened them. I am staring at 5 unopened sets of pills received and feel so foolish. I am 73 years old on Social Security and cannot afford these charges. I think it’s $200.00 every month!! Outrageous.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Linda. We are so sorry to hear that you were a victim of this scam. You can also call the card company to report the charges and prevent further charges.

  77. Chris Barr says:

Just received 5 bottles of pills, only ordered 1+ exercise plan ( not received ) and $269 taken from my bank + another $55 taken 5 days ago ##
Rang my bank and disputed both withdrawals hopefully I will get my money back. Thought I was doing the right thing.Cannot these “ SCAMMERS “ be stopped and prosecuted.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Chris. We are sorry to hear that you were a victim of this scam. It sounds like you are taking appropriate measures to get your money back. Best of luck!

  78. Sheila says:

So happy I saw this, was tempted to order because i watched shark tank, should’t Shark Tank make some kind of announcement about this keto pill it is their reputation, but I thank you for this info sure glad I didn’t order it.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Sheila. We are glad to hear that you didn’t purchase these pills! The “sharks” actually have publically denounced this product on tv and through social media!

  79. Monica watson says:

How can we bring a class action lawsuit against this company? Have all of these complaints been sent to the FTC? I am blown away by this!!! Luckily my CC company declined the charge. Apparently Capitol One knows about this fake B.S. I had to scroll through dozens of ads and ppc links before finally finding a site that told the truth. I mean, we are talking about a fake business scamming Americans out of millions of dollars or more!!

  80. Michelle says:

I just fell for this scam. I noticed the website was fishy, but still ordered it after thinking about it for hours. It popped up in my Instagram account and I just clicked on it, I read the article and offered me one free bottle to try, I payed for shipping 6’98 and then it added something else that I did not asked for and charged me another 6’98 for shipping in the order; then the website just vanished. I got an email confirming my order from customer service and I tried to cancel the second bottle but they never responded. I always check my credit card transactions and called the bank when the numbers did not fit for them to tell me that there are two payments pending for that company which I did not subscribed for, one was a little more than 90 and the other more or less than a 100. We cannot stop the payment, but hopefully after canceling the card that payment will not be processed. Then after researching the name of the pills and name on the email they send me I see this, I feel bad for anybody that got charge a lot of money from these people. May God help to stop these thieves.

    1. Minkey says:

I also ordered the free bottle just had too pay s&h but my bank caught and I accepted the 6.95$ but they canceled my card and they didn’t get to charge my account anymore and at that time I got an American person and told her not send me anymore and she said ok but thankful for my bank they coudnt charge me cause I also never read fine print as my bank said they they catch people all the time cause we do t read fine print I’m thankful this site it answers all the questions I’ve been trying to get answers to sorry people are getting scanned I was a lucky one but only thanks to my bank ot I also would have had more charges and I ordered my when first came out thankful for my answer so

  81. M arney says:

Made an order July 27 2021 I am from Canada and was told it would be shipped from Toronto 2 hrs drive and I have not got an order yet we’re is it thanks

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Marney. We are in no way affiliated with this scam company. Unfortunately, this product is a scam and you will likely not receive a product. If you do receive a product, it is still ineffective. We recommend cancelling your card immediately to prevent further charges.

  82. Grandma Valerie says:

I bought Keto kt instead of charging me the $139 I agreed to I was charged $199! Now I know it’s a scam! I’ll be calling my CC banking center when they open Monday to dispute the charge! Fraud!

  83. Kathleen says:

I ordered the free bottle of Pharmalabs KETO BHB 800 MG. The shipping was $6.95. I waited a while because I wanted to ask my doctor about them.
After a couple of weeks I was looking at my charge statement and saw a charge for $96.95. Thank goodness there was a phone number on the statement. I called the call center and spoke to a very nasty Indian woman who tried to tell me she had all the paperwork I had agreed to, Yata, Yata, Yata. I got very stern with her and told her I was refusing to pay the amount and she could argue with Chase. Then she offered me her 40% discount. I refused and told her I was charging them with fraud. The next day the call center called me back again offering a discount. I told them I had reported them to Chase and hung up. Two days later I had a full refund for $96.95.

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Kathleen. We are happy to hear that Chase was able to refund your money.

  84. Nancy M. says:

Ditto. I watched an in-app video numerous times for Keto Strong. It showed a grainy video supposedly of the Shark Tank judges totally enthralled with their product. I was suspicious from the beginning, but after awhile kind of wondered if it was legitimate (at least as much as it had something to do with the Shark Tank). I didn’t have much hope that the product actually worked. But, one day, in a stupid weakened state, I guess, I started to check out the product on line. Wow. What an amazing on line presence they have created. Every article that looked like it was pointing to a scam turned out being a glowing endorsement of the product. So… thinking I could lose at least $50, I pressed the link offering a two for one of the bottles for $34 or thereabouts. The link took me to their website. There wasn’t a product menu to choose from. You had to give all of your info plus credit card (payment) information and still you still had to press “order now”. Well, I pressed it, expecting to get a product menu at that point. No, I didn’t get anything. I pressed it, again. Probably, simultaneously , I got a “thank you for your order” and a query from my credit card, Capital One, asking if I made the order for $248 plus. I called Capital One to nip the problem in the bud, but they said since I’d given my cc info that I’d have to wait for the transaction to post to dispute it. I then found a number for customer service at Keto Strong and talked to a representative (within 15 minutes of the “supposed” order), who refused to cancel the order. After threatening to go to social media and the Better Business Bureau, she refunded half of the charge, and assured me that upon my returning the product (that turned out to be 7 bottles, rather than 2), I would be refunded the remainder of my money. I asked her to send me an email confirming what she told me. She said she would, but I never got it. Too bad there isn’t any legitimacy to this product because it arrived promptly. I contacted Customer Service by email (after attempting a phone # that “wasn’t working”) about returning it. They did respond and wanted a photo sent of the unopened product. I sent it to them. They then told me to send it to them at an address in Las Vegas with a specific RMA #. I did that. I took a photo of the packaging with RMA # prominently displayed. I took it to the Post Office and mailed it with tracking. I checked the tracking and found it had been delivered. I contacted Customer Service by email (the same thread as our back and forth before the return) a few days later, giving them the opportunity to acknowledge receipt, and asking when I would get my refund. No response. I’ve since contacted Capital One, who chooses to believe that I was informed of their Refund Policy (which, I was not, nor was there a packing slip in the package I received) and has denied my dispute. I sent Capital One everything I received from Keto Strong, which was not much, and definitely nothing about Refunds; all of my email correspondence with Keto Strong, which totally indicated they knew I was returning the product and gave me a RMA # that supposedly was needed for refund (which I guess it would need since I never had anything else from them, like a packing slip or label for return), a photo of my tracking slip, and a photo of the USPS confirmation of delivery. Despite everything given to Capital One, they decided to side on Keto Strong’s side. Needless, to say, even though I’ve been a very good customer of Capital One for over 25 years, I will be phasing out their services. To be honest, at this point, I’m not sure who I am more angry at. I would highly warn anyone dealing with Keto Strong and I would caution against using a Capital One credit card, as they don’t seem to have the backs of even long time customers, who have never made a complaint of this nature. On the whole, what I lost (about $124) isn’t something I can’t live with, but I can’t deal with a company that can’t recognize a scam when it is so obvious.

  85. Julie O. says:

Forgot to add that you will need to CANCEL your credit card immediately or the scammers will keep piling on more fraudulent charges.

  86. Theresa says:

In regards to buying any type of product with reoccurring bills… DO NOT USE YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNTS. Use a gift card, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, to name few. This way they cannot get into any of your accounts. Unless the card still has funds on it, this is perfect for a one time purchase. If you decide you want to continue to get the product, then go ahead and start up a new one with your acct. Or continue with the gift cards.

  87. Bernadette says:

I have received in mail today keto tablets I did not order going to bank to check if they have my details and shut them down

  88. Carol Ann Martinez says:

I ordered the LifeStyle Keto – Ketogenic weight loss pills. I need to return them and cannot find a phone numbe. I searched the interent. I replied to their email notifying me my order was shipped of the need to return the bottles, NO Reply.. Have I been scammed by this company? It came from Tampa , Fl

  89. Paula says:

I thought I thoroughly read up on TruKeto, HOWEVER I just tried to order the 2 bottle, get one free ONLINE on the TruKeto website for $149 and immediately my bank texted me “Did you use your card ending in ….at: Homelightsus.com for $213.70? I immediately thought their system had been hacked. so of course I contacted by bank and cancelled my card. Then I called their contact number on the website to tell them they had been hacked and they acted very concerned. So I then ordered one bottle and once again, got a text from my bank asking the same thing above, but for the $54.00, again at Homelightsus.com!!! So calling my bank to cancel ANOTHER CARD!!! Thought I was safer actually calling the number on website. Now I’m down my two cards!!!! What a Dummy!!!!!

  90. Bernard Tucker says:

I recently ordered 3 bottles of Keto Gummies (I think that it was a Queensland address), for an amount of about $35.00 (+ or – $5.00). I still have not received the product but today I noticed on my Bank statement that I had been charged $A383.15. Is there a government department that investigates this type of scam? Disillusioned, having thought that I was doing something about keeping my body healthy.
