Toast your bread either in a toaster or on a skillet.
Note: To toast in a skillet, spread a small amount of butter on each side of the bread and heat in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown. Flip the bread and do the same on the other side.
In a bowl, combine the avocado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Mash together until you reach desired consistency.
Spread this avocado mash on top.
Drizzle the olive oil on top.
Optional: Try topping with Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, or arugula for fully loaded keto avocado toast.
