Ingredients
 1 ¼ cups Almond Flour
 7 Egg whites
 3 Egg yolks
 ¼ cup Coconut milk, unsweetened
 2 tbsp Butter
 1 tsp Baking powder
 ½ tsp Baking soda
 ¼ tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

You will need three separate bowls for this recipes
a. In bowl #1 whisk dry ingredients (Almond flour, Baking Powder, baking soda, Salt and Pepper). Set aside
b. In bowl #2 add egg yolks, coconut milk, and melted butter. Mix well and set aside.
c. In bowl #3 add egg whites, and using an electric mixer, whip egg whites until they become foamy and frothy. Increase the speed gradually until reach full speed to reach the desired stage. This should take about 2 minutes.

Add contents of bowl #2 in bowl#1 and mix well.

Add whipped eggs (bowl #3) in Bowl #1 with the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing until your bread batter is formed.

In a rectangular loaf pan, spray with coconut oil, Add batter to loaf pan.

Bake for 35 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean, remove and let it cool. Otherwise, leave another 5 minutes and repeat this step. After bread has cooled, cut in slices, and enjoy with your favorite spread.
