 ½ tsp baking soda
 ¼ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients and set aside.

In a second bowl, mix together the egg yolks, coconut milk, and melted butter.

In a third bowl, whip egg whits until firm peaks form (around 2 minutes).

Add contents of bowl #2 in bowl #1 and mix well.

Gently fold egg whites into bowl #1 with the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing until your bread batter is formed.

Spray a rectangular loaf pan with oil and pour in batter.

Bake for 35 minutes.
Note: To check if donuts are ready, stick a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, they are done. Allow bread to completely cool before slicing and serving.
