It takes less than 20 minutes to make and they taste just like regular crispy, crunchy, spicy nuggets!
To tone down the spice level a bit, you can add a side of ranch dressing or switch the pork rinds crumbs for a less-spicy flavor.

Ingredients
 1 lb chicken breast tenderloins, trimmed and ready
 ½ cup Pork King Good Stupid Hot Pork Rind Crumbs
 optional: 1/4 cup keto sriracha mayo

Pour the pork rind crumbs into a shallow bowl or plate.

Chop the chicken tenderloins into small square chicken nugget pieces.

Press each individual chicken nugget piece into the pork rind crumbs until each side is evenly coated. Repeat this step until all chicken nugget pieces are fully coated.
