Tomato soup and grilled cheese and comfort food staples for bad days, but they are traditionally filled with carbs. This simple 3-ingredient keto tomato soup takes less than 5 minutes to make and is the perfect addition to keto grilled cheese!
In a saucepan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp of tomato paste.
Add the water in tablespoon increments, stirring well until well combined.
Note: tomato soup is traditionally really runny, but if you'd like a thicker soup, add less water.
Heat until warm.
Salt to taste and enjoy your keto tomato soup!
