One of the hardest parts about going keto is giving up chicken nuggets but, it doesn't have to be anymore! Our friends over at @followthelunas created this 100% delicious and 100% keto chicken nugget recipe that will bring out the inner kid in you!

Serving size 1 nugget
* Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. Your daily value may be higher or lower depending on your calorie needs.
Mix chicken, onion powder & garlic salt in a bowl.
Shape the dough into whatever shape you'd like (we made them into hearts) and place on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper
Place cookie sheet in freezer for an hour (till frozen-ish)
Whisk up egg and heavy cream in one bowl.
Mix the pork rinds and seasonings in a second, shallow bowl/container.
Place the protein powder in a third bowl.
Dip nuggets in protein powder, the egg and then coat in the pork rinds mix
Fry up for 4 min on each side (I used avocado oil)
