Heat 2 tbsp of butter and garlic salt in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add scallops and cook for 4-5 minutes, flip and then cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
Add peeled and deveined shrimp and the last bit of butter.
Once shrimp is cooked (around 4-5 minutes), remove from heat.
Chop up the scallops into smaller pieces.
To make the shrimp boats, start by laying out the pieces of romaine. Top each with 3 shrimp and 1 of the scallops (which is chopped). Pour additional garlic butter over top.
Serve your shrimp boats as they are, or with an additional side of garlic butter dipping sauce.
