Preheat the oven to 375°F and oil a baking pan.
In a microwavable sage bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese and microwave until melted.
Stir in the eggs, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
Knead with your hands until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Separate the dough into 8 pieces and roll into a stick shape.
Combine the melted butter and garlic powder in a bowl.
Place dough sticks on baking sheet and brush on butter garlic mixture.
