This brown "sugar" glazed baked keto salmon is the perfect alternative to traditional brown sugar and soy sauce marinated salmon. It packs all of the tangy & sweet flavors, but with less than 1g of net carbs per serving, none of the sugar!

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Combine all of the brown sugar glaze ingredients in a bowl (everything but the salmon).
Place the salmon onto the baking sheet and brush the brown sugar glaze onto the salmon.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Optional: broil for an additional 2 minutes after baking for crispier salmon.
