Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, stir/mash together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
Note: If cream cheese is too hard to stir, heat for a few seconds in the microwave.
Fill the jalapeno halves with the cheese mixture and place onto the lined baking sheet.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until the peppers are soft and the tops are golden.
