 2 tbsp coconut flour
 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
 1 tbsp salted butter
 1 tbsp baking powder

In a bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients.

Stir in the wet ingredients and continue whisking until a homogenous batter forms.

Microwave for 5 minutes.
Note: Depending on the strength of your microwave, it may need and extra minute or so. To check if bread is done, stick a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out clean, it is done.

Allow bread to cool before slicing.
