Can I become a Keto Club™ member from any country?

Yes! Keto Club™ content is currently only available in English, but will be available in Spanish and additional languages in the near future.

Is the Keto Club™ for beginners or more advanced people?

Keto Club™ is meant to help people to optimize their keto journey. Whether you’re a beginner looking to start with a solid foundation or a seasoned keto veteran looking to take it to the next level, Keto Club™ is for you.

I am having trouble logging in, what should I do?

First, check to make sure your password is correct. If you forgot your password, just click the Forgot Password link to reset it. If login issues persist, please contact our support team at ketoclub@ketogenic.com.

What do I do if I do not want my real name featured when I comment on posts?

Do not use your real name as your Username.

Can I switch my credit card and/or billing information later?

Yes. You can update your billing information at any time.

I am having trouble playing videos and seeing certain content within my membership plan.

Check your internet connection and try logging in through a different web browser. Also, make sure the web browser you’re using is up-to-date. If you’re still having issues, please contact our support team at ketoclub@ketogenic.com.

How much does a membership cost?

A membership to Keto Club™ is only $19.99/month OR pay for a year in full and get your first month totally FREE!

How do I pay for my membership?

Payment for membership is by credit card and handled through our online payment form. Subscription cost is automatically charged on the date you sign up (i.e., if you signed up on the 4th, you will be charged on the 4th of each ensuing month).

How do I cancel my membership?

We’d hate to see you go, but if you’d like to cancel, simply go to your “My Account” then to the Keto Club™ tab, press the Change Plan button and then press the “Cancel Membership” button. Once your account is cancelled, you will not be billed the next month. We’d love to hear any Keto Club™ feedback you care to offer, so please don’t hesitate to share your thoughts with us ketoclub@ketogenic.com.

What is your Refund Policy?

We never want you to feel like you did not receive the value of your membership, so we offer a full, uncoditional 100% money back guarantee.
