Ingredients

Ingredients
2 cups pork rind crumbs(Italian Pork King Good brand used)
 3 eggs
 4 tbsp sour cream
 1.50 tbsp baking powder

Directions

Directions
1

Preheat oven to 425° and grease an OVEN safe bowl. (I used my small Pyrex bowl that’s about the size of my hand.)

2

Mix all ingredients together well and form into a ball.

3

Place dough ball into the greased bowl and cook in the middle of your oven for 45 min. (Don’t check on it. It’s fine. Let it cook and be patient.)

4

Once cooked take out and let it completely cool on the counter.
Note: This is an important step. Letting the bread cool down after cooking helps to achieve your bread texture.

5

Once cooled use a serrated knife and cut the top off.

6

Scoop the insides out with a spoon, tear it into pieces and serve with your bread bowl to dip.

7

Fill the keto bread bowl with whatever tickles your fancy (I did traditional spinach artichoke dip; but, beer cheese would be soooooo good in this!)
