Dr. Patel received his fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine from Georgetown University/ Washington Hospital Center, one of the premier cardiology fellowship programs in the US. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography and internal medicine. He was inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Cardiology in 2010 and holds clinical teaching positions at Florida State University and University of Central Florida College of Medicines.
