This low-carb strawberry, blueberry, and whipped cream American flag tray is perfect for the 4th of July! It is simple to make, keto-friendly, and looks picture perfect! Chop the strawberries.
Remove half of the blueberries from the pint.
Flip an aluminum pan over top the half-empty pint of blueberries. Flip back right-side-up, but do not lift the container off. This will help the blueberries hold the shape until the rest of the tray is filled in.
Begin to arrange the strawberries on the tray. Add a border outside of the blueberry container.
Remove the blueberry container to allow the blueberries to fall into place.
