 ½ lemon(juiced)
 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
 ¼ head of green lettuce(leaves separated)
 ½ cup cherry tomatoes(halved)
 ½ cup assorted olives
 2 ½ oz pepperoncini peppers(drained)
 2 oz salami(mild)

Directions

For the dressing, mix together the lemon juice and oil in a small bowl. Season it with salt and pepper.

Arrange the remaining ingredients in a salad bowl. Drizzle the dressing on top and enjoy!
