 3 medium spiralized zucchinis
 1 medium mashed avocado
 4 tbsp pesto
 fresh basil
 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
 salt and pepper to taste
 avocado oil spray

Spray a saucepan with avocado oil. Over low-medium heat, add the zucchini and salt, let cook for about 5 minutes.

With a large spoon, remove part of the water the zucchini has released, leaving it almost dry.

Immediately after, add the pesto and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add mashed avocado, basil, pepper, and more salt, if needed. Stir for another 2 minutes and serve.

Top with parmesan and more basil.
