Beef and cauliflower skillet

Sauteed ground beef combined with onion, zucchini, and cauliflower makes for the perfect keto comfort food. Add garlic too, if you like, and whatever herbs and spices you’re feeling excited about. Chili powder and other spices you’d put in chili (like cumin and cayenne) are great in this, too, and we love to grate cheese on top for extra deliciousness.
