If you're not familiar with Tahini, it can be used for salad dressing or dipping sauce. Made from sesame seeds, the higher-fat dressing is not only delicious but also perfect for your keto macros.

 3 tbsp water
 2 tbsp chives
 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped

Add the tahini to a small bowl and stir in the water. Add the chives and season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Divide the lettuce between bowls and top with cucumber, carrot, red pepper, broccoli, and chicken. Pour the dressing over top and enjoy!
