Mix almond flour, 1 ½ tbsp sweetener, ¼ tsp cinnamon, baking powder, baking powder, and salt in a microwave-safe mug
Add in egg, coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, coconut flakes, and flaxseed. Mix until well combined.
Microwave for around 1 minute, until cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1 tsp sweetener with the remaining ¼ tsp cinnamon.
