Who knew that you could make the perfect sugary, cinnamony, sweet cake in a microwave! This moist and delicious cinnamon mug cake takes less than 10 minutes to make and will satisfy all of your sweet cravings! Try enjoying it as is, or topping with your favorite keto toppings like keto chocolate chips, sugar-free whipped cream, or even sugar-free syrup!

Ingredients
 4 tbsp almond flour
 1 ¾ tbsp keto sweetener(I used Lakanto Monk fruit sweetener, golden)
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp baking powder
  tsp salt
 1 egg
 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
 1 tbsp almond milk
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
 1 tsp flaxseed
Directions

Mix almond flour, 1 ½ tbsp sweetener, ¼ tsp cinnamon, baking powder, baking powder, and salt in a microwave-safe mug

Add in egg, coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, coconut flakes, and flaxseed. Mix until well combined.

Microwave for around 1 minute, until cooked through.

In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1 tsp sweetener with the remaining ¼ tsp cinnamon.

Coat the mug cake with the cinnamon mixture.

Serve the cinnamon mug cake immediately.
