Ingredients
 ½ lb Bacon chopped and cooked
 1 lb Cooked ground sausage
 12 Eggs
 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
 1 cup Diced peppers
 Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a 10" x 10" baking pan, add the bacon, sausage, cheese, pepper, and eggs. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.

Bake for 35 minutes or until firm and golden.
