In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, butter, coconut flour, vanilla, and powdered stevia/confectioners Swerve.
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
Press a toothpick into the top of each ball and chill in freezer until firm (about 45 minutes).
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between.
Blend melted chocolate with stevia.
Dip frozen peanut butter balls in melted chocolate mixture.
Place back on the cookie sheet and refrigerate for an additional 15 minutes.
