Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the chicken breast by cutting slices width wise and seasoning with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, combine the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic.
Place the chicken onto a baking sheet.
Spread spinach mixture on top of the chicken and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
