If you use bagged coleslaw or broccoli slaw mix, this recipe can hardly get any easier, but you can also grate or chop cabbage by hand. Add a couple of carrots for color and crunch. Celery seeds are also traditional in coleslaw; if you like the taste of celery seeds, add about 1/3 tsp to a recipe this size.

Combine mayo, vinegar, and sweetener in a large bowl and then add slaw mix. Combine thoroughly. The slaw can be enjoyed immediately but tastes best after sitting for a few hours.
