Ingredients
 6 Medium Jalapeno (sliced lengthwise and seeded)
 ¼ cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
 3 oz Cream cheese, softened
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 1 tsp Onion powder
 Salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a small bowl, stir/mash together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. ( Heat a bit if the cream cheese in the microwave if it is too hard.) Fill the jalapeno halves with the mixture. Place onto the lined baking sheet.

Bake about 15 minutes, until the peppers are soft and the tops are golden. Serve hot.
