Sprinkle lemon juice on the pork chops and set aside.
Mix the parsley, thyme, rosemary, and pepper in a bowl.
Rub the herb mixture onto the pork chops until evenly coated.
Grill the chops while covered for about 5 minutes on each side, or until inside is no longer pink.
