Serving size 1 doughnut

Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease the doughnut pan.
In a bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix well.
In a separate bowl, add and mix all wet ingredients until foamy.
Slowly incorporate the dry mix into the wet mix and mix until batter is homogeneous.
Split and pour the batter evenly into the tins.
Note: Make sure you allow at least ½ inch in each doughnut mold as the donuts will raise.
Bake for 12- 15 minutes or until done.
Note: Note: You can test to see if it is done by inserting a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, it is done.

Allow doughnuts to completely cool before topping with matcha frosting.
