Ingredients
 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
 1 cup Crushed mix nuts (almonds and macadamias)
  cup Swerve, confectioners
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Note: You can make your crushed nuts using the blender. if doing this measure 1/2 cup of almond, 1/2 cup of macadamias and then blend together.
Instructions

In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese and whisk with an electric mixer until soft and creamy, about 40 seconds.

Add the swerve and vanilla and whisk for another 40 seconds or until well combined.

add the nuts and mix well until well incorporated.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wet your hand and start making the balls, about 2-3 inches diameter.

Place on the baking sheet and freeze for at least three hours.

Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
