Cut the lemons directly in half and squeeze or juice the lemons into a cup. Remove any seeds.
Optional: add an alcohol of choice, like vodka, if desired.
Mix in the allulose. Stir until well-mixed.
Pour mixture into a blender and add in the crushed ice. Secure the lid and blend until mixed.
Pour into a glass, like a margarita glass or another shallow and wide-brimmed glass.
Note: In our cookalong, we used an extra-large glass. This is enough for 2 medium-size servings.
