Preheat the oven to 375 °F. Lightly grease a 9x6-inch baking dish.
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and stir until well combined. Pour the green bean mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Note: If you are using frozen green beans, add less chicken broth since the beans will release more water as they bake.
Evenly sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 35 minutes and then broil for an additional 5 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
