Ingredients
 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
 3 tbsp erythritol
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 ice
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a cup. Make sure to stir well so that the cinnamon doesn't stick to the side of the cup.

Optional: top your keto horchata with additional cinnamon powder.
