Preheat a large non-stick skillet to medium heat.
Season the liver with salt, and garlic powder.
Add the butter to the skillet, once melted add the liver.
Let it cook for about 3 minutes and flip.
Add onions, lower the heat and cover with a lid.
Let it cook for another 5 minutes or until the onions are soft and the liver is fully cooked and serve.
Add Basil to taste to finish off the dish.

This was very good, I did spread crumbled poek skin over the liver after it was seasoned. It might have been just as good without.
Will be trying for dinner today. Will use coconut flour and eat with spinach.
How did the coconut flour work?
I soaked the liver in almond milk for about 15 minutes and lightly coated in coconut flour. Turned out super yummy!
