In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and coconut flour.
Cut the butter into small squares and add it to the dry ingredients.
Press the butter into the flour using your hands until it’s blended as best you can.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs. Add the eggs to the flour mix.
Blend by hand until you get a dough-like texture.
Ball the dough together and wrap it with cling wrap or parchment paper and set in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
After 60 minutes, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Roll the dough out to a flat service (preferably on parchment paper).
Transfer the flattened dough to a 9 inch round baking dish.
Poke the dough with a fork.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges become golden brown.
