If you'd like to garnish the glass, so head and do so with the sweetener of your choice or toasted coconut.
Note: you can do this by placing the sweetener or coconut on a flat plate or paper towel. Run a piece of fruit (lemon, lime, pineapple, etc) around the rim of your glasses. Dip each in the topping and twist to coat.
Start making the keto pina colada by adding all of the ingredients to a blender and blending.
Add more ice until the desired consistency is achieved.
Pour the keto pina colada into the two glasses and serve!
