Preheat oven to broil and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, combine the oil, garlic, and ½ of the Italian seasoning.
Brush the bottoms of each mushroom with the garlic-oil mixture and place on baking sheet oil side down.
Fill each mushroom with a 1/3 of the pizza sauce, 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese, and 4 pepperoni slices.
Broil until the cheese has melted and is golden in color (about 8 minutes).
Sprinkle with remaining Italian seasoning and season.
