Ingredients
 1 Bag fresh spinach (about 3 cups)
 4 oz Cream Cheese
 1 tsp Minced garlic
 ¼ cup Grated cheese
Instructions

Put spinach in a pan with lid, slowly steam until the water is gone.

Add garlic, cream cheese and cook with a lid on until melted, stir in two tablespoons of grated cheese, mix well.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. When ready serve in a bowl, add the remaining grated cheese.
