One-pan sausage and broccoli

Ingredients

 4 oz pork sausage
 1 ½ cups broccoli(cut into florets)
 2 tbsp shallots(sliced)
 ½ tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  tsp sea salt

Preheat the oven to 400ºF (205ºC).

Place the sausage, broccoli, and shallots in a cast iron pan. Coat the broccoli and shallots with oil. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until sausage is cooked, flipping the broccoli halfway.

Season the broccoli with salt and enjoy!
