You can't get any easier than this stuffed avocado recipe, which makes a tasty lunch, snack, or light dinner. Because it doesn't require any cooking, we love it as a light summer meal. It's also high in healthy fats and super low in carbs to help you meet your macros.

Ingredients

 5 oz cooked shrimp(small, roughly chopped)
 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 1 tbsp red onion(diced)
 ½ tsp hot sauce
 1 tbsp cilantro(finely chopped)
 ½ tsp lime juice
 2 avocados(large, pit removed)
 sea salt and black pepper

Directions

In a bowl, combine the shrimp, mayonnaise, red onion, hot sauce, cilantro, and lime juice. Stir well to combine and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the shrimp mixture into the avocado. Enjoy!
