These are the absolute easiest keto chocolates you will ever make. All you need are keto chocolate chips and coconut oil, melt, pour into chocolate molds, and place in your fridge. That's it! Try making keto chocolates with all of your favorite holiday/ Christmas molds. We made gingerbread men, candy canes, wreaths, presents, and more! These also make great additions to Gingerbread houses!
We made ours with keto milk chocolate and peppermint white chocolate, but you can use any flavor of keto chocolate chips you'd like.

Add the chocolate chips to two separate bowls.
Add 1/4 tbsp coconut oil to each.
Place in the microwave and heat in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until full melted.
Spoon the melted chocolate into a Christmas candy mold. Note: you can add half of the regular chocolate and half of the mint chocolate to make chocolate peppermint candies.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.
Carefully remove the keto chocolates from the mold and store them in the fridge.
