Vanilla mint matcha creamsicles

Minty, green tea-flavored, and refreshing, these keto creamsicles are the perfect way to finish a cookout or as a snack between meals on a hot day. Just be sure you plan ahead, as these pops will need at least 5 hours to freeze.

 2 cups canned coconut milk(full fat)
 ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
 3 tbsp keto honey or keto sweetener of your choice
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 2 tbsp green tea powder

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for a minute or until smooth and creamy.

Pour into popsicle molds and transfer to the freezer to set for at least five hours. Enjoy!
