Heat oven to 375°F and grease a cake pan.
In a bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, mix together all wet cake ingredients and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together all of the dry cake ingredients.
Slowly fold the wet ingredients into the egg white mixture.
Once combined, slowly fold in the dry ingredients.
Pour batter into cake pan and bake for 12-15 mins. or until done.
Note: You can test if it is done by inserting a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, it is done.
