It might seem impossible to find keto-friendly chocolate peanut butter cups that taste like a Reese’s Cup, but Quest Nutrition has done it!
Quest just announced their brand new protein-packed Peanut Butter Cups and we are beyond excited! Not just because these low-sugar alternatives to Reese’s Cups are packed full of chocolate and peanut butter flavor, but because of each serving (2 whole cups) only has 1g of net carbs and 11g of protein! With Halloween right around the corner, these are the perfect alternative to traditional candy (or sugar-free candy filled with maltitol).
Absolutely! Not only are the Quest Nutrition Peanut Butter Cups keto-friendly, but they have also actually been tested by our lab and certified as Ketogenic Certified.
This means they have been tested on a large sample of individuals and have been found to have a minimal impact on blood glucose and ketone levels.
Unlike other sugar-free candy on the market, these Quest PB Cups contain erythritol and soluble corn fiber as their primary sweetener and fiber, respectively. You don’t have to worry about glucose-spiking ingredients like IMO or the laxative-like sugar-alcohol maltitol with these (unlike actual sugar-free Reese’s cups). Plus, each serving also packs 15g of fat and 11g of protein, so you are sure to hit your ketogenic macros.
Unlike other keto chocolate candies, these peanut butter cups do not have an overwhelming erythritol taste. They also have a ratio of peanut butter to chocolate that is very similar to original Reese’s cups. Plus, they are high protein (11g per serving) without a strong whey protein taste!

2020 has been a rollercoaster, but the launch of these brand new Quest PB Cups definitely has to be one of the highest points for the keto community! Now we can enjoy a chocolate peanut butter keto treat, without worrying about getting kicked out of ketosis or spending a bunch of time making them at home.
I just bought these and had one tonight. They taste soo good! Delicious. I always need a little snack at night. Chocolate preferred. These hit the spot!
I enjoy Quest Peanut Butter Cups as part of my weekly menu, it’s hard to believe the health benefits and them being absolutely delicious. I’m afraid that I eat to many of them, is that a possibility to eat to many what is your opinion.
Thanks for this article.
Quest peanut butter cups are an incredible keto friendly treat and have actually gone through our Ketogenic Certified testing. That being said, it is possible to overeat any treat so just be cautious and do your best to consume them reasonably.
Ever since I’ve been on my keto journey, I have been using these as my sweet snacks. I’ve read the back package and it says that you can consume up to 4 peanut butter cups a day so basically 2 packets. so for me, I will have one packet in the morning with my coffee to substitute buscuits, and then I will have one at night if I am craving a sweet snack.
Having started a keto diet two months ago, the Quest Peanut Butter Cups have been the highlight of my diet! The taste is fantastic and I can down treat myself, keto guilt-free! I buy through Amazon, 12 packages )24 cups total) for $1.25 each!
They r the Best👍👍👍👍👍
